"Kendal, Kendale, Kendall, Kindle--A One Name Study", Volume I and Volume II, is authored primarily by the descendants of Kendalls from Johnson County, Illinois and from Henry and Decatur Counties, Tennessee. The publication, two volumes in one hardbound book and 362 pages, is ready for mailing.

The publication includes:
1. Volume I--(a) Descendants of Henry Kendall, b. 1812 in Tennessee, d. 1887
in Johnson County, Illinois and his wife, Martha Kendrick.
(b) Old family pictures (19) and personal memories by many
descendants - a delightful record.

2.Volume II--(a) Family history data accumulated for Kendall descendants from
Va. to N.C. and westward, and especially in Henry County and
Decatur County, Tennessee. (It is believed that these Kendalls
are closely related and that they are the kin and ancestry of
Henry Kendall, b. 1812 in Tennessee as recorded in Vol. I.
Supporting evidences for these connections are cited.)

(1) Pedigree Charts for the lineage of eight people : Remeth
Harper (also includes Holland lineage), Eve Broyles,
Claude Rushing (also includes Kendall ancestry), John Ed
Branscum, Anna Marie Toler, William VanCleve, Betty Maxwell, and
Muriel Tarver.
(2) Collections of supporting research documents and letters from family members (some letters are 60 years old), descendants and researchers.
